One of the employees at the Cerritos branch was very unkind. He doesn't seem to have even the basic manners. He is bold enough to show the impression that he is ignoring his customers. Will he be able to do so even if the boss is right in front of his eyes?

A Cautionary Note for IT Professionals: Avoid This B2B Platform or Beware... As an IT professional, I’ve had two disappointing experiences with this B2B supplier. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, basic inventory was lacking, and pricing was opaque—one salesperson even said, “our customers don’t ask for prices.” I ended up paying nearly $1,000 for materials I could have sourced elsewhere for under $400. On a return visit, I was told to drive to another location for an item that was supposedly “on hold,” despite it being on the sales floor. Poor customer service, disorganized operations, and zero accountability. I only returned because I had to—never again by choice.
