Terrible. Diego Palomera and his team are a horrific experience. Don’t get involved with this team. Save yourself the headache and heartache. Almost 6 months into a refi attempt with nothing but piss poor communication and excuses. No accountability and points the finger. Unethical behaviors. He asked for us to falsify an amendment to our tax returns so that it looked like we had rental income from a property that we own but do not rent. The worst mistake I ever made was move forward with this company and Diego. Missed out on amazing rates that are no longer available to me. Financial ruin for myself and my family. Good for NOTHING.
