Our appointment was set between 8-10 and the arrival was exactly at 8. Very prompt, polite and knowledgeable about the mosquito problem we have been having after rain. Ellison was also very personable, respectful and kept my home clean wearing booties :). I am so grateful for the service that was provided and feel confident I will no longer have issues.

Possibly the worst customer service and pest service on the planet. I asked for 3 services total over the summer June, July, August. They charged me $225 for the initial service and $159 every service after that. They signed me up for a bi-monthly “easy pay” which I specifically asked them not to do. They claim to have serviced my home May, July, September, and November but I only have of two services. I had to call them to come out every time too, reiterating I wanted three services only over the summer months. I canceled my account and they apparently showed up in November and started sending me collection letters in January claiming I owed $53. I spoke with a representative and she assured me the charge would get removed. A week later I had to call back after receiving multiple collection notices and there was no record of my conversation. All in all, I would stay away from this company unless you like hidden charges and terrible customer service. 0 stars.

Jose is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and patient. He took the time to explain the services and address my concerns about the chemicals being used. I feel confident that my insect problem will be taken care of.

I really admire the customer service Orkin provided from my initial call with setting up an appointment, down to assign service tech. I had clear instructions for them too contact me. The techniciandid amazing Job providing customer service, he was very detailed and follow direction . I think his name was Justin. I will definitely contact Orkin Should I need pest control service in the future.

Im very pleased with Orkin's service. They have accomplished my needs. Shout out to Henry the technician, very experience and hard working guy. He communicates very well and gets the job done the first time. Happy to have him as our technician. Someone you can trust. I recommend to all.
