Amazing service came out and replaced our water heater. they where pretty fast. I will for sure be calling them back good job

I hired Alpha San Diego Services to redo my mom’s bathroom and install a walk-in shower for my stepdad, who is a disabled veteran. They removed the toilet to install the shower and promised to come back to tidy up and finish a few things—they never did. Small details were completely ignored: the grout in the shower wasn’t finished, the side of the shower doesn’t look good, and now the toilet is loose and moves all over the place. They are not answering their phone. Unfortunately, I guess this is what we get for going with the cheaper option. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing
