Coastal Desert Air Conditioning provided exceptional service when our AC stopped working on a hot weekend afternoon, responding within an hour, diagnosing the issue quickly, fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up before they left. They took the time to explain the issue and solution. I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars

Highly recommend Coastal Desert HVAC. Austin came right on time and had everything finished with a hour. Austin is very knowledgeable and does a great job. I called at 8:30am and they were able to come by 10:15am. I highly recommend this company. And recommend Austin as your tech.

The maintenance visit took about 90 minutes, which felt appropriate considering the thorough inspection and cleaning of the A/C system that was done. Coordination with building management was smooth, and it was particularly helpful that he explained how to optimize system performance moving forward.

I gotta say these guys are the most INCREDIBLE HVAC company I have ever worked with. They are the best price, on time, quick to respond, and most honest HVAC company I have ever worked with. I am a portfolio property manager and used them for some of my properties in commercial and residential. They beat ever other bid or company I have worked with in the past. Not only did they get the job done but they did it amazingly well and in a timely manner! I will continue to use them and definitely used them already on my own personal house!

Compared to another quote I received, this technician identified a faulty thermostat and completed the repair in just under an hour, which was faster than expected. He also took the time to explain how the system works, which I appreciated given my limited knowledge.
