I am thrilled with their work. Job was completed in under the time estimated. Baltazar and his associate were very easy to work with, thoughtful, neat and knowledgeable. Our installation was done on an extremely hot day with very high humidity. They even brought a portable A/C unit to help cool our living area as they moved in and out the door and up into the attic. They kept us well informed of the project and carefully went over our new system with us and answered all of our operation questions. This team is highly recommended.

Very disappointed with my experience. I am shocked they texted and emailed me for review. The service call started off well, but quickly became uncomfortable. The technician told me that the part needed to repair my unit was not available from the manufacturer. I checked the manufacturer's website myself and found the part listed as available. I was also told the part would cost over $5,000, plus labor. However, the same part was listed on the manufacturer's website for around $1,500. I completely understand that HVAC companies need to mark up parts and make a profit, but more than tripling the price seems excessive. When I questioned the availability, I was told that because it was Saturday, they couldn't confirm anything. I was essentially told to pay the diagnostic fee, accept that I had a non-working unit, and that there wasn't a repair solution as they don't like the brand I have and did not want to quote the part or repair. I wish they kept their word and said the diagnostic fee would go to the repair cost. What bothered me most was that the conversation then shifted toward pressuring me to purchase an entirely new system. When a repair part appears to be available directly from the manufacturer, being told it isn't available and then being pushed toward a full system replacement does not inspire confidence. The appointment started off great with Luke and I was hopeful they would be a company I could trust. Unfortunately, by the end of the visit, I felt very uncomfortable with the information and pricing I was given. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and independently checking part availability and pricing before agreeing to a major repair or full system replacement with this company. I will let you know next week if I get the parts quote or they blow me off.

JW Mitchell Heating and Air Conditioning did a awesome job. Everyone there is so knowledgable and hardworking, and they all have the highest professionalism and integrity. The estimator was so informative, and Luke the project manager and sales guy was super honest and crystal clear about everything. The owner, Matt even stopped by and was a great guy too. The installers (led by Eddie) were unbelievably hard workers. I can't believe the hours those guys put in, and how they were able to do all that heavy work and leave our home in perfect condition afterward. The job was done exactly as they said it would, and we love our new systems (one upstairs and one down). Everything works beautifully.

Second time using JW Mitchell. Prompt service, great communication with arrival updates for the company. Brian was on time, friendly, professional and clearly knew his stuff. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain options and had the right parts to make the repair during the same visit. We are back up and running, couldn't ask for anything more, highly recommend.
