Definitely a feel good experience working with Parzival Plumbing. Had the pleasure of working with Mike, Nick and Carlos (schedule coordination extraordinaire) for our plumbing needs. From his initial visit, Mike was a true professional, a great communicator, personable and genuinely honest, giving helpful suggestions and things to consider along the way. Although it took a minute for parts to arrive, Carlos reached out every step of the way, explaining the delay and finding the best day/time to reschedule. I appreciated how they have a plumber on call on the weekends so that unexpected issues can still be addressed. Nick came through when our water heater wasn't heating. There will be no hesitation to reach out for future plumbing needs! Thank you Mike, Carlos and Nick!

Parzival Plumbing just left an hour ago after successfully hydro-jetting the laundry-kitchen line and so far so good. Very organized company, with impeccable customer service that is polite, professional and helpful all the way to the plumber who arrived with a great attitude. Even got to meet the owner, who was equally professional. When does that ever happen. And for the final drum roll, the owner gave me a free bottle of his enzyme formula so I can keep the line in better condition in the future. Gotta love that bonus!

I can't say enough great things about Parzival Plumbing. I have an older house, so plumbing issues occasionally arise. I've been extremely satisfied with Thomas and his crew. As a local company, they provide fair pricing and make sure that the job is done right. They are friendly and show up at the appointed time. Obviously I highly recommend these guys.

Very efficient, courteous, and helpful plumber. Identified and fixed the problem using replacement part provided by me. Tested to ensure no leaks. Also took care of a couple of minor plumbing issues while on site. I appreciated the communication(s) re appointment and arrival time. Would recommend this company.

This is our second time using their service, and we’ve had another great experience. Thomas, the owner, arrived on time and quickly took care of our clogged garbage disposal and the sewage pipe in our garage. The service was efficient, the pricing was fair, and everything was clearly itemized. We will definitely continue using their service in the future.
