Service was truly exceptional; a 10/10. Would strongly recommend to any household needing assistance. Isaiah was not only professional but honest and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Thank you again for your service!

Requested to fix plumbing for a malfunctioned kitchen sink and they fixed it but in turn found an issue with the vertical pipeline going into the kitchen down to the garage. They estimated it would cost around 4k to fix and I had it fixed for 1k the following day with a different company which came with a 10 year warranty. Avoid.

Eric Flores installed a new water heater for us and he was amazing! He confirmed the appt and called the morning of to ensure we were still available. He was able to efficiently install our new water heater and take the old one with him. It was an amazing experience and I will be using Eric and Service Hero for all my plumbing needs moving forward!!

Great job Jesus Puga did, very professional and satisfied with his work 👍Jesus not only did a great job he took time to explain what he was doing and why. He has a great personality and very respectful.

Last Sunday evening on a late notice emergency call our water heater completely stopped working. Devon Burch arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He quickly removed the old heater and installed a new one. Mr. Burch took time to answer questions, which helped us feel more confident about the decision. He was professional and knew a lot about the product. We could not ask for a better service on such a short notice. Two thumbs up!! Highly recommended!
