Excellent work and customer service. We are very happy with the re-pipe of our home and especially liked working with Roman from Downey Plumbing. He was great from start to finish

I have used Downey Plumbing for over 15 years through our home warranty insurance. I have always requested Downey Plumbing because they are loyal, friendly, and all technicians are knowledgeable about the issues at hand, responsible and respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone battling plumbing issues. 🙏🏽🙌🏻💕

We recently had a blockage in our main sewer line, and in a panic, we first called Roto Hero. We spoke to an AI receptionist, and unfortunately, our experience quickly turned into one with the "Roto Villains." After a camera inspection, they verbally told us we'd need to replace our entire main drain line for upwards of $12,000, yet they refused to provide a written estimate. Wanting a second opinion, I called Downey Plumbing & Heating, and from the moment a friendly, real person answered the phone i wish i caught her name she was so kind and professional as well, I knew we were in better hands. They scheduled someone to come out right away. Juan was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, honest, and reassuring. Within minutes, he diagnosed the actual problem, and in less than 15 minutes he had our drain snaked and flowing perfectly again. He saved us from an unnecessary and incredibly expensive repair. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty and integrity over trying to sell work that isn't needed. I can't recommend Downey Plumbing & Heating enough. If you need a trustworthy plumber, ask for Juan—you'll be glad you did!

There’s a reason why I keep using Downey Plumbing over the years, your people are outstanding. Your service is outstanding on this trip. Roman was the spearhead of replacing our water heater. He is awesome, knowledgeable, polite, kind person, and I thank you for having these types of personnel in your company.

Outstanding Service -Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience with Downey Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, and I can't say enough great things about their technician Marcos. I had a serious bathroom issue where the toilet backed up and was overflowing at the rim--definitely not something you want to deal with on your own. This was clearly a situation that required a professional plumber, and I'm so glad I called them. Marcos arrived, assessed the situation right away, and quickly spotted both the problem and the source of the issue. He explained what was going on in a clear and professional way, then got right to work resolving it efficiently. His knowledge, skill and calm approach immediately put me at ease. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and respect for my home. Once the job was completed. Marcos cleaned up the entire work area, leaving everything neat and sanitary-- which I truly appreciated. If you're looking for a reliable plumbing company that you can trust, whether it's an emergency, a 24/7 call, or a job big or small, Downey Plumbing Heating & A-C Co. is the company to call. Professional, dependable, and customer -focused--these plumbers are the real deal. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use their services again!
