Contacted them for a quote for work we are doing at a school. John Gocke responded right away, but then I wasn't getting a call back to follow up. Kept trying to reach out, but no response. Finally today I emailed saying that I guess I need to move on and find a different company, and that we were very disappointed and would reflect this in our review. Finally John replies saying that he had passed this on to one of his project managers that didn't get it covered. Told me to do what I gotta do and "yelp away". No attempt to resolve the issue, basically just blowing me off. I guess because this is a smaller project we're doing at a nonprofit school, it is beneath them. Wasn't looking for any discounts, just desperately needed somebody to do the job for these kids. Not sure about their work, but definitely lacking in the customer service department. Extremely unprofessional.

J & M interior specialties designed, built and installed furniture for my business. As well as installed cabinetry and laminate countertops for my business and home. I couldn’t be happier.
