Drazen was the best plumber we have ever had. Along with the knowledge the respect was outstanding! Could not say enough good things about him! Highly recommended.

Last Thursday, I called Cole Services after my $22,000 HVAC system, which is only two years old, stopped working. The technician came out the same day, spent a lot of time troubleshooting, and determined that a failed circuit board needed to be replaced. I was told the part would arrive by Friday or Monday at the latest. On Friday, I was told it would arrive Monday. Monday morning, customer service confirmed the part had arrived and scheduled me for service. I called multiple times throughout the day and was repeatedly told the technician was still coming. Then, near the end of the day, dispatch told me the part had never arrived and wouldn't be available until Tuesday. After five days without air conditioning during an extreme LA heat wave, this was incredibly frustrating. I missed work waiting for appointments that never happened, while my family endured dangerous heat and humidity. **Tuesday Update (July 21, 2026):** I called at 7:05 AM and was told the part had arrived. The technician arrived about an hour later and replaced the circuit board in about 30 minutes. The technician did an excellent job. My issue isn't with the technician—it's with the company's communication and customer service. I later learned they could have provided a portable A/C unit while we waited, but no one offered one. Instead, I had to buy one myself for $468.83 during a heat wave when they were nearly impossible to find. I purchased this system specifically to keep my elderly mother, who is in her 80s, comfortable, and because I also have a medical condition and an autistic child. Going nearly a week without A/C in this weather was unacceptable. The biggest problem was the inconsistent information. I was repeatedly told the part had arrived and that I was scheduled, only to later be told it had never arrived. Whether it was poor communication or misinformation, the experience left me with very little confidence in the company. For a system that cost over $20,000, I expected much better customer support. While the technician deserves credit for his professionalism, I cannot recommend Cole Services based on my experience. **Final Update (July 21, 2026):** Unfortunately, shortly after the technician replaced the circuit board and left, the system failed again. Cole Services had to send the technician back out, but by the time the issue was diagnosed, their parts department was already closed. That means no replacement parts could even be ordered until the next business day, leaving my family without air conditioning for even longer during this heat wave. At this point, I don't know how many more days we'll be without A/C. This has gone from a simple warranty repair to an ongoing ordeal. While I continue to appreciate the technician's professionalism and effort, the overall experience has been disappointing. After spending over $22,000 on a premium HVAC system that's only two years old, I expected a much more reliable product and a far better customer support experience. Unfortunately, I still cannot recommend Cole Services based on how this situation has been handled. update: 7/22/26 Another tech came diagnosed the problem the guy last night found to confirm, they are ordering the part and should arrive tomorrow. Another day more. But this time they are bringing a portable AC unit but only after I asked cause I was never informed or offered one until yesterday. Keep in mind the AC stopped working Last Thursday. Tomorrow it will be 1 week. 7/23/23 tech came out with part replaced it by 11am. Let's hope this fixes everything and no more issues.

I was contacted twice to confirm the date and then the time the day of appointment! He arrived early in the morning and completed the work efficiently and quickly. Very affable and polite and took the time to explain what was needed and my options. I couldn’t be happier with the service and with Enrique.

He did a very good job replacing the blower motor & installed new Tstat, finished work in timely manner and left area clean. He’s pleasant and professional. Very happy with the service.

I asked to trade in the old thermostat and he said no but of course I understood that it was just a joke. He did a great job recommending the right thermostat for our needs.
