Øn 2/23/24 Vale Rodriguez of Baynes Roofing came to repair the leak around the chimney located on the roof of my 2 story home. Vali was very polite and showed exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions about the leak around the chimney. He finished the repair and all work was done professional. Baynes Roofing should hire more employees like Vale as he reflects great customer service in doing a very good job repairing the leak around the chimney. Please have the CEO (boss) give him a raise or time off with pay. Thanks again Baines Roofing for sending out Vale...........🏆...........😊

Goeff and his guys did a repair on our mission tile roof. Instead of replacing the whole roof, he was very honest and said we only needed to fix a couple of places. He and his team did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Showed up immediately when we needed a roof tarp, fixed our roof leak completely within 2 days (had to take one whole side of Spanish clay tiles off and on again), and charged reasonable prices. 10 out of 10 would use again.

I cannot say enough about Baynes Roofing. Geoff Baynes was recommended too me by our friend, and what a great recommendation it was. The great work and customer care the whole Baynes team gives is outstanding. We had some modifications done to our roof and the Baynes team was so accommodating to our schedule. They stripped the roof and left. We put in the solar tubes, did the mods on the roof then call Geoff to have them finish. I called Geoff on a Friday and as fate would have it, rain was predicted for Sunday. The Baynes team sprang into action. They were there first thing Saturday morning work all day in a light rain to get my roof finished before the heavy rain storm on Sunday. You just don’t get this kind of service any more. Thank you Geoff for a great roof, and great service.
