Jim’s Roofing did a very efficient and thorough job replacing my old roof. Jim is a great communicator and was able to meet my move-in deadline. He and his team are excellent and I highly recommend them. They have worked for many of my neighbors as well and we are all happy.

Been about a month living with my new roof and I am so happy. The roof performed as promised in rain and the recent big winds! It was great working with Jim and his team!

We were introduced to Jim’s roofing while he was employed by two of my neighbors. Jim was onsite every day of the week that the project was being worked on. A few things really stood out for me: 1: Jim and his crew respected the owner and the neighbors. This includes starting at a reasonable time (the job can be loud), keeping the areas neat without debris all over, respect for parking in the area, and communicating with the owners and neighbors as to progress of the job. 2: We hired Jim based on his estimate and experience 3: We listened to his advice about a leak that we had around a chimney which we no longer needed (we previously had done a remodel which moved a fireplace) 4: His estimate was fair and reasonable 5: Every step of the way Jim was available to discuss and explain the progress, complexity and explain how the original job was not only inadequate but didn’t conform to code. 6: Since our job was a lift and re-lay, finding matching roof tiles was not a guarantee. And, Jim was able to secure a batch that he had in his inventory. That saved us money and time! 7: The job required solar panels to be removed first. Jim contacted the solar installer and pointed out to them that the original installation was not performed correctly. The installer agreed and remedied the situation. And, the two contractors needed to coordinate their crews so as to leave us with as little down time as possible. The flexibility and consideration shown are hard to find! 8: He also informed me that when the solar guys had to come back and re-install the panels that they would undoubtedly break some tiles. Sure enough they did. After they were done, Jim personally came back and inspected the roof and replaced the broken tiles himself. In summary, We couldn’t be any happier to have Jim and his crew take care of our most expensive investment. He is a local guy with a huge heart. He really and truly cares. He gives his word and stands by it. There is no reason that I wouldn’t recommend him wholeheartedly!

Jim and his crew did an excellent job doing my entire roof. They were clean, efficient and respectful. Once done they also did three of my neighbors too. Very positive experience and have confidence it was done right. Thank you Jim & crew!!!
