Excellent experience. Quality work. Beach City Builders did some work on our house last year. We had them fix and finish a project that was started poorly by another company. Working with BCB was so much better. All the workers were professional, hard working, and clean. We are very happy with the results. We also appreciated their detailed quote.

Beach City Builders built an outdoor kitchen for me. They did an exceptional job. The project went smoothly, and any glitches with suppliers etc were dealt with quickly. We were able to continue to use the patio area during construction because Chris made sure the area was cleaned up every day. The final result was beautiful. I recommend them 1000%.

Our 50 unit condo association hired Beach City Builders to construct a nearly 800 square foot roof top deck. We could not be more thrilled with the results. Trustworthy, honest, fair -- It has been over a year since we finished our remodel with Beach City Builders and I couldn't be happier. The addition was done on time, as planned, for the agreed upon amount and most importantly by people we could trust. There were times my wife and I had to leave our teenager daughter and 6 year old home for an hour or two while they were working on the house and we felt perfectly safe doing so because of the quality of the people working for them. And it was the same people there day after day so we got to know them. Their initial proposal was clear and transparent. The figures all made sense and it provided a budget that was adhered to. Best of all, we were treated respectfully and honestly by all people especially the project manager Jay. We came across a few glitches as expected and he always worked out a solution that was fair to both of us. Overcoming problems with integrity is the sign of true professionals. If we need work done in the future, I'll call them first.
