Shant and his team are responsive, thoughtful and intentional in their work. They did a beautiful job on building us a wine cellar from scratch and remodeling our bathroom and much more. Shant is very detail oriented and makes sure his team is always SWIFT in getting their work done. All his workers are also good respectful people that we enjoyed getting to know and had no problems inviting into our house

I couldn’t be happier with the work on my new walk-in pantry! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the finished pantry looks like it was always meant to be part of my home. He was reliable, communicated throughout the project, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find contractors who genuinely care about the quality of their work, but he absolutely does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled contractor. They did a full apartment renovation for me (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, structural work, interior and exterior painting). The quality of their work was impeccable and they were a delight to work with. Very responsive, and went above and beyond. Finished the project really quickly too!

Swift Construction built a beautiful detached ADU for me with more than 900 square feet, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms with an open kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. Working with this contractor was a breeze. They're so honest, fair and straightforward. I just passed my drawings to them and had an itemized quote and draft contract in 48 hours. Surprusingly , their price was more than 30% lower than other contractors whom I got the quote from them. Also, except the additional items that I requested during the project, my project had no any change order with additional cost. Swift Construction built my ADU in less than 4 months and I moved in immediately. They know how to deal with the City and other agencies in Los Angeles, with their sometimes nonsense rules and regulations. It was no hiccup during phased and final inspection and sign off processes. Shant (the owner) and his team are so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They don't even waste a minute and work nonstop. They've never cheated on quality of the job, and they were so detailed oriented. You can check their social media pages and see the progress of their job on different projects. Quality of thir job is phenomenal, and even my architect was so surprised with their job and the money I spent. As I know, my architect is referring all of his clients to Swift Construction now to do their projects. They stay behind their job at all times. I had some minor issues after the project which were mainly cosmetic. All of them were addressed by Shant mediately. Swift Construction never cut the corners in my project, and had very good sub contractors in my project, from farming through plumbing and HVAC. I wrote this review as a person being in public work construction for over 35 years, and I know how to do my homework in finding good contractors for my projects. You will never regret hiring this contractor. Just keep in mind that besides having good contractor and architect, uninterrupted cash flow is very critical to keep your project on schedule. They're few projects in my neighborhood that they started at the same time of mine, but they're not in 50% yet due to not having proper constant funds to let their projects move forward. I strongly recommend to consider Swift Construction for your new building, building addition, renovation, tenant improvement, or any other construction project.
