Excellent Experience with Urban Unit Construction Working with Urban Unit Construction was a great experience! They are fantastic with timelines and fully committed to meeting them. Their pricing is reasonable, and their customer service is excellent. I was especially impressed that they handle everything from start to finish — from architectural plans and permits to building and completing the job. Truly a one-stop construction company you can trust!

I hired Urban Unit initially to draw and submit architectural plans for remodeling. From day one Teny, the chief architect, proved to be very competent, punctual, detailed oriented, and highly skilled. I decided to extend a full renovation contract to them after the plans approval, and couldn’t be happier. Six months later I have the home of my dreams, completed to perfection delivered as promised.

Urban Unit Construction from the beginning to the end effectively communicated with us and expressed high level of professionalism. They managed to complete the work on schedule as well. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Urban Unit Construction.

They provided excellent communication throughout the project, keeping me informed of progress and any changes that needed to be made. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend Urban Unit Construction for any construction or renovation needs. They are a top-notch company that truly cares about their clients and delivering outstanding results.

On time, detailed, friendly and trustworthy. We have had many construction projects before but none finished the job within the promised time frame and the result never close to what agreed on. Urban unit construction started on time l, finished as promised and delivered what we had discussed. Highly recommend this company.
