We’ve had a great experience with Arcelia and Rossmoyne Property Management. Arcelia is always easy to reach, quick to respond, and takes care of any issues right away. She genuinely cares about her tenants, and we really appreciate having someone so reliable and helpful.

Alll these 1 star reviews are spot on! Aracelia was in true form- so rude and demeaning just like everyone here has said, rosmoyne doesn’t want your business trust me. And judging by the way the people on here have said they treated their tenants - better to stay far away- All while rental smelled of urine and something else disgusting. Save yourself the rude phone call and go rent somewhere else where you are treated with human decency.

We own an 8-unit apartment building in Glendale, and Rossmoyne Property Management has been managing it for many years. We’ve been thoroughly satisfied with their service. The management team is professional yet friendly, and most of them have a long history with the company. Our property manager, Arcelia Villagomez, is particularly excellent at taking care of our tenants and handling vendor interactions. She’s knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy, which are crucial qualities for us. We’re looking forward to maintaining a long-term relationship with Rossmoyne.

I just moved into my second place managed by Rossmoyne. I can't thank Arcelia and her team enough for making the transition as smooth as I could have possibly wished for! The building is always well-maintained, and management does a great job communicating upcoming maintenance or changes through door notices and the resident portal! It honestly really makes things easier. A big shout-out to Arcelia and her team for always being kind, responsive, and professional. You can tell they truly care about the residents and the property.
