Beagle Plumbing replaced the main water line at my home and everything went great. Jade was extremely knowledgeable and professional with quoting and getting the work scheduled. The guys who did the work had it wrapped up in a few hours and I haven't had a problem since. Highly recommend the company for any residential plumbing needs.

Have been using this plumber for years and they are very reliable, easy to communicate with and do a good job. I never feel like I’m getting oversold that’s praise in this area and I would recommend them to anyone. They installed my tankless water heater and have done a number of other projects, fixing leaks and redoing some pipes, installing toilets at my house and faucets

Pros - Sage, receptionist, was initially pleasant on the phone. They provided me a time and materials based quote. They were able to get me in the next day which is what I requested. The job was small, estimated 1-2 hours and completed it in that time frame. Cons - The technician showed up later in the 2 hour window, spent 5 minutes on site, then left for a 1 1/2 lunch. He returned and started the repair and finished in 1 hour and 1/2. I blocked out 4 hours in my schedule to deal with him, but with the delay I told the repair tech that I had conference calls scheduled in the afternoon that I couldn't escort him out. I instructed him to finish the job and I would call the office and provide my credit card information. He said it was company policy for the tech to collect payment. I said that due to the delays, I work from home and have calls I need to take. I gave him $20 and said, don't worry, I will call the office and pay. I finished my call and called the office to pay. They gave me a price and I asked for a breakdown of the charges/see the invoice. Between Sage and what I presume is the owner was told how inconsiderate I was not to pay the technician, that I was rude not to escort out the contractor, that I didn't need to see the invoice, I should just pay. They were very rude and unprofessional to say the least. They begrudgingly sent me the invoice which I promptly paid. There was absolutely no excuse for their attitude, raised voices and inability to see my perspective and accept a credit card payment over the phone.

We have had the privilege of using SP Beagle twice now...Once to replumb an entire house, and once to do concrete work on our exterior driveway and walkway. We have been incredibly impressed with Sage and his entire crew! They do excellent work, and leave the jobsite clean at the end of each day. We cannot say enough about the professionalism of Raoul and his concrete work. He is thorough and precise, and made sure that everything was done just to our liking. Five stars!
