A very polite, personable & friendly family business. Jay and his employee, John, did a great job in helping to install the MOEN Flo Water Valve system and setting up the app for us as well. He didn't mind that I watched and wanted to learn about the installation & how it worked. They showed up on time, worked hard & cleaned up the area when finished. We are happy to have found them & would recommend this company to anyone.

South Bay Plumbing has been my go to for years and they are a local, community southbay business! Jay and the team are quick to respond, professional, trustworthy, offer fair pricing, and do the job the right way, the first time. They have done a variety of services for our homes: sump pump replacement, garbage disposal, water heater replacement, pipe leaks, and even faucet/shower replacements. Top notch service!

We moved to Manhattan Beach in 2008 and I don’t even recall who let me know about South Bay Plumbing. Jay has been helping us ever since. Big jobs, small jobs or just general service calls. He and his team are always great and super easy to deal with.

Jay and Matt were knowledgeable, professional and efficient.. They found the leak, and replaced the pipe in a timely manner. Note: I live in a round, three story townhouse, The price was very fair for the job at hand. highly recommend South Bay Plumbing.
