Gym, Movie Theater, JD Sports, and COSM - there's nothing else here. This place has been promising business since 2023, and nothing has been occupied. Then in the last year, all of the initial businesses that had signed on bailed out and then another set of shops are planned to occupy. It makes no sense that it's been four years and nothing.

Shopping at Hollywood Park is very easy and convenient. There's a parking garage that is very accessible with lots of EV charging spots. There's also ample regular parking spots. The parking garage is patrolled continuously by security and police. The Shoppes are very accessible and great customer service is always delivered. I especially enjoy the Center Court outside bar area with live DJ or live music on various days and times during the week. My most recent visit was a special Rams Draft Day promotion that included a pop-up store that promoted a submersive experience, live DJ provided outside music, and carnival rides. Take note: 3 hours of validated parking is provided.

We came through to go to Cinépolis and... What is this place? It's like a ghost town that hasn't happened yet. There's all this infrastructure, things that look like storefronts without stores. There's one lonely bar outside, staffed for people who aren't there. There's a parking garage that charges an exorbitant rate to visit whispers of commerce. I don't understand. Maybe something is coming, but there are no indications. It's weirdly operating as if it's a totally normal thing, but there's nothing normal about it.

There are no nice restaurants, but they have fast foods. During Christmas season, it's such a big park and there are no Christmas trees or lights. It's dead!
