Finding the RIGHT location for your small business is obviously a huge deal. You want to ensure that your agent isn't just shuttling you off anywhere for a payday. Matt Peters is the opposite. Throughout our whole process he was honest and transparent. Even when the property we had looked at didn't work out, he was still there every step of the way to find something that better suited our needs. They don't make agents like Matt anymore... A trusted partner that ACTUALLY has his clients needs/accommodations top of mind. Will work again with Matt after our second expansion. Fingers crossed!

I highly highly recommend Matt Peters for any commercial real estate needs . We worked with him for several months to find the ideal location for our online e-commerce business. (With small storefront requirement) Matt was patient, always available, and accompanied us on numerous site visits until we found the perfect spot. He understood our unique needs and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. . He was there for us every step of the way, promptly addressing our questions and accommodating our requests. Additionally, during one visit, he discovered a kitten in the hood of his car and brought it to our house, bringing unexpected joy to our family. It was pretty cool. Thank you Matt

Very professional and knowledgeable, wouldn’t choose anyone but Matt!

Matt is hard working and diligent broker. We have worked together on several transactions and he helps provide transparency and education to his clients.
