Choosing Eddy and his team was one of the best decisions we made. We feel so lucky to have found such a reliable and professional contractor. Eddy honored his promised price and completion date—there were no unexpected costs or delays. During the renovation, he came almost every day to check the progress, communicate with us, and make sure every detail was done properly. What impressed us most was Eddy’s high standards. He was not just trying to finish the job quickly; he always looked for the best solutions even cost him more to finished it. We first hired Eddy to remodel our bathroom, including a steam room and sauna, and we were extremely happy with the results. So we hired him again for our kitchen renovation, which was completed just as beautifully. We would gladly hire them again for future projects.

Bellagio recently installed a "Lighted brick walkway" and a complete Bathroom remodel in our home here in Aliso Viejo completed in February of 2026. From the onset of the cost negotiation in their offices, Eddie used state of the art building apps and planning tools which made our vision become a reality. The workmanship of his crew used in both jobs was exemplary, top notch and very professional. His company own employees were knowledgeable and professional, and worked diligently to complete our projects within the agreed upon time frame of completion for both jobs. At completion of each day job sites were cleaned and left in a manner our household could function without the mess of a remodel or dirt and dust being tracked within our residence. Eddie, CEO of Bellagio was incredibly hands on and attentive to all our questions and needs in a timely manner, to include pulling permits and taking all of the inspection work out of our hands. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone wishing to do just about anything to their home to include building one in it's entirety, they are experts in any facet of home building and remodeling.
