Braden was knowledgable and professional and walked me through exactly what are issues are regarding termites. I felt like he listened to our needs and came up with an appropriate treatment plan. He took his time and explained everything in detail, including pictures pf the problem areas under the house. He is kind, courteous and respectful!

I had one good experience with Homeshield in 2025 when they did a thorough inspection inside and outside the home, and did a one time treatment for termites. I scheduled another inspection this year and while the person who visited my home was polite and professional, he did not inspect the home. He came inside my home, and stayed for a maximum of 15 minutes explaining pricing. He even mentioned that I could’ve gotten that information over the phone. I was expecting an inspector, not a salesman (before he left, the gentleman gave me his business card and it said “sales professional”). Unfortunately, I was disappointed with their service this time around as I didn’t get the service I scheduled an appointment for, and will be going with another company from now on.

I had a great experience with Home Shield during the rodent inspection done by Eric and the subsequent service completed by Vladimer and his associate. They were courteous, thorough, and informative. They were all excellent representatives of the company.

Had inspection with Randy...he was fabulous! Very thorough and professional. Extremely understanding and willing to work with us and motivated to take care of our situation! Next we had Edward come out to start our service contract and he was equally awesome! Our experience thus far ... amazing! Very polite, courteous and detail oriented individuals.

Eric has serviced our property a couple of times and he’s been great. He was very informative and patient with all of my questions. Eric also inspected our property while doing recurring service and reported important findings that needed our attention.
