I've always had great luck with Eric and just have to call him back maybe every two yrs which I'm impressed with as we live in an area that attracts ants......He is very capable and reliable.

Marcos was extremely pleasant and seemed well informed. He Spoke with both units involved, and seemed knowledgeable. We have encountered ants still in the both bathrooms spoty as my wife said and in her closet area. I've seen a few on my bathroom on the walls. The only down side is I feel he my be moving too fast in his application possibly missing areas. We are great full for the service and will use Newport Exterminaters in the future.

Called for pest control under house from a recent plumbing issue. Israel was upfront about what to expect and advised on how to help prevent future issues. He did a difficult job in a tight space. I would definitely call for future issues.

Israel was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to inspect areas I never would have even thought to check. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about being thorough rather than rushing through the process. He identified our drain fly issue almost immediately and clearly explained what was going on and what our options were. Professional, detail-oriented, and very easy to work with. I left feeling much more informed and confident. Highly recommend Israel and Newport Exterminating!

We had such a great experience with this company! Rafael who came to spray our home was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping families feel comfortable in their homes. Highly recommend!
