George was amazing, he not only helped targeted places inside and outside that were causing a problem, he then helped spray my large outdoor disposal bins of all insects and took them to the curb for me. He went above and beyond and was courteous during the visit. This kind of service is such a breath of fresh air.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company deserves one. They came door to door selling their pest control service and promised that the quarterly plan included a complimentary follow-up visit after the initial treatment. Based on that, I signed up and even recommended them to a close friend. That turned out to be a mistake. Afterward, they constantly called and texted demanding payment, and every customer service representative gave me a different answer. They even tried to charge me for the follow-up visit they originally said was free. The worst experience was when a technician showed up at my house without any appointment, call, or text while my family was leaving for vacation. Since the gate was locked, they simply sprayed a little around the front entrance, left, and then sent me an invoice a few days later. The service felt rushed and careless. I eventually decided to cancel and was willing to pay the $140 early termination fee just to end the contract and stop the constant phone calls. I have never liked keeping my credit card on file with service companies for exactly this reason. I specifically told them that I did not want my card stored and that I was happy to pay after each service through a payment link, check, or cash. Somehow, they still obtained my card information and charged it without my authorization. That was completely unacceptable. I regret recommending this company to my friend and would never use or recommend them again. If you’re looking for a pest control company that actually values its customers instead of just collecting payments, look elsewhere.

We had a regular treatment scheduled. I was here. No one knocked on the door. We checked the cameras and no came. We have massive burrow in the front yard, impossible to miss. If someone came, I would expect to be notified. Photos attached.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable with the process. We are looking forward to seeing the results and continuing to work with the team.
