This review is specifically for Todd and the maintenance team. When my washer/dryer combo unit broke, Todd and team stayed on top of the issue for a month and a half troubleshooting it, ordering a new unit, having it delivered, and installed. Every time I asked for a status update, I was met with a kind, helpful, let’s let it done attitude even though we were often at the mercy of third party companies and people. Very thankful to have a working w/d now thanks to Todd and team!
