I had a great experience with this staging company—until it came time to get my belongings back. When they staged my home, they mixed their items with mine. They assured me they had a system to keep everything organized, marking their own staging pieces with tape underneath each item so they could distinguish them from the homeowner’s belongings. Based on that, I trusted that all of my property would be carefully tracked and returned. Unfortunately, when it was time for them to remove their items, they ended up taking over 30 of my personal belongings along with theirs. These weren’t inexpensive or insignificant items. Many were valuable, and several had irreplaceable sentimental value. I reached out multiple times to Summer, asking for my belongings to be returned, but despite repeated requests, I never received them. At this point, I consider my property to have been wrongfully retained, and I am incredibly disappointed that this situation has not been resolved. If you’re considering using this company, I strongly recommend documenting every single item removed from your home with detailed photos and an inventory before staging begins. While the staging itself looked beautiful, no homeowner should have to wonder where their personal belongings went after trusting a company with access to their home. I cannot recommend a company that failed to return so many of my personal possessions, especially after assuring me they had a reliable system in place to prevent exactly this from happening.

I have been in real estate for 5 years and never truly appreciated the power of staging until now. Dynamic design and staging completely brought to life my clients condo! They made everything look so elegant yet also cozy and real feeling. And they were a complete joy to work with. HIGHLY recommend and I will be using them as much as I can moving forward!

Summer at Dynamic Design & Staging created an amazing staged home for my listing. At first, the configuration was different from what I had in mind. But when you saw how everyone commented and really just embraced, how the layout Brought a very luxurious yet comfortable, and Timeless feel. If you want to put your listing over the edge, I highly recommend dynamic design and staging. But don’t take my word just look at the pics!

I am an agent that recommended Dynamic Design to my clients for a listing I had. They were absolutely thrilled with how the home looked and were very grateful for my suggestion. This home was on the market for only 1 week, got multiple offers and closed for $25k over asking. There are many factors that go into that result, but I know staging is one of them. This home was clean but the staging really made it look welcoming and warm. Dynamic Design was so easy to work with and communicated well through each step of the process. Thank you for the amazing work you do!

I highly recommend this staging company for its exceptional service and professionalism. From the initial consultation to the final staging, the team was communicative and attentive to detail. They transformed our home into a beautiful showplace. The quality of the furniture and decor was impressive, and their ability to highlight the best features of the property was truly remarkable. Overall, their staging truly enhanced the aesthetic appeal of our home. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking to stage their property for sale.
