You can definitely trust kilter. Fair pricing, good work and get the job done right the first time. Very comprehensive inspection, good team work and follow through. Thank you ,

Steven is a most courteous and conscientious technician. Explains what he needs to do and then does it! Wraps up with a quick synopsis of his findings. He even removed some cardboard that some previous contractors negligently left under the house. Great service!

The Technician Cory was great! Very professional. He wasn’t sure if I had ants or subterranean termites, so he treated the areas that I had seen activity and will check back in with them in a month. On the other hand the customer service side, who make the appointments, needs improvement. I have had Kilter for over 20 years. I always request the person who I’ve built a rapport with and trust which would be Josh Hartley. I was told Josh is only a yearly inspector which is not true. I’ve had him out on several service calls. Anyway, the gist of it is. Satisfy your customer. If I request someone I trust in my home and knowledge wise, send them!

We had a great experience with Kilter Termite & Pest Control and wanted to call out the excellent service we received—especially from our technician, Cory. Cory was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the entire treatment process, explaining what he was doing and why at each step, which we really appreciated. It made us feel confident that the job was being done right. He treated the entire property with care and attention to detail, and when everything was finished, he left the space clean, organized, and exactly how he found it—if not better. That level of respect for our home really stood out. Overall, this was a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kilter to anyone looking for reliable pest control, and Cory in particular did an outstanding job. Thank you again!

They did an excellent job for my pest control. The guys who came were very friendly and super transparent about the services they recommended. They gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision and weren't pushy about any of their services. They came perfectly on time and agreed to do an inspection the very next day.
