Had such an amazing experience! Chris came by to inspect the house and reviewed the entire house thoroughly. I had wood damage everywhere and as a new homeowner, it was very nerve wrecking to hear if we have termites or not. Chris was transparent and did not feel salesy at all, I actually did not have any termites, thank goodness. He provided me with photos of all the damage and also connected me with someone who could help fix the wood damages as well! Chris was very thorough and took his time to explain to me the inspection which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

Great company and staff, very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! Only one we have used since moving to Long Beach, starting with a successful tent, spot treatment and wood replacement before moving into our new apartment building in 2017. We have since used them for follow-up inspections but have not seen a recurrence of termites. Most recently they have spot treated for ants. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carter provided outstanding service! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We especially appreciated how careful he was while treating our property, making sure not to spray anywhere near our bunny. That attention to detail really showed how much he cares about his customers and their pets. He was also very informative about our upcoming fumigation, walking us through the process, explaining what to expect, and answering all of our questions. His knowledge and professionalism made us feel confident and well prepared. Thank you, Carter, for the excellent service. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, courteous, and dependable pest control technician!

We’ve been using Premium for almost 10 years and have always had a great experience. Derek came today and was excellent. He communicated his expected arrival time in advance, and completed service within the scheduled time frame. He was thorough, efficient and very polite - even gave suggestions for preventative maintenance around the interior and exterior of the house!
