We were very impressed with the service. They contacted me in advance to confirm their arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. We appreciated how clearly they explained everything, and when we had additional questions, they patiently went over the details again to ensure we understood. They were kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Amazing service. I called had my plumbing issue fixed the same day. What I really found very professional was that he was knowledgeable and gave me the different options for my plumbing issue and did not sugar coat the issue. As a professional I valued the honesty. He fixed my plumbing issues just as I had requested.

I began a DIY repair on my shower that got out of hand. They were able to get to my property first thing in the morning and they had me all buttoned up within 45 minutes. Team was professional and good to work with. Recommend!

We had a great experience with Christian from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Long Beach. We scheduled a non-emergency appointment for a clogged shower drain at my Dad's house in Seal Beach, and the office asked what time worked best for us. We requested the next morning around 9 AM, and they gave us a 9:00–9:30 arrival window. Christian arrived at 9:15 — exactly as promised. He was friendly, professional, and honest from the start. He even let us know about their $79 drain special they were running, which we really appreciated. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and he was in and out in about a half hour. Mr. Rooter was highly recommended to us by a friend who had recently used them, and now I completely understand why. I definitely thanked my friend afterward! We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Christian and the team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Mr. Rooter came quickly when we had a plumbing crisis on a Saturday afternoon. Christian, our plumber, was great! He took time to properly assess everything, explained what the issue was, and took care of the problem. He never rushed, even when the service call ran long. I will definitely use them again, and gladly recommend their service!
