What can I say except that Mullen Plumbing has truly earned every one of these five stars! From my initial contact with their dispatcher, I was immediately impressed by the sincerity, kindness, and honesty I experienced. These qualities can be difficult to find these days, so I genuinely appreciated the level of care and professionalism from the very beginning. After scheduling my appointment, I received a confirmation the morning of the service. I was also notified when the technician was on his way and when he arrived. I especially appreciated that they provided a photo of the technician beforehand, which gave me peace of mind knowing exactly who to expect at my door. Our technician, Roy Ruelas, was absolutely the right person for the job. Although I was not home, my mother was there, and Roy's customer service was truly A1. He assessed the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done, demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism, and provided a quote before beginning any work. Once we agreed to proceed, Roy completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure to show my mother that everything was working properly before he left. That level of thoroughness and care did not go unnoticed. Mullen Plumbing is a company I will absolutely be recommending to my friends and family. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you again to the entire Mullen Plumbing team, and a special thank-you to Roy for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. You truly made what could have been a stressful situation a smooth and positive experience.

We had Mullen Plumbing come out to repair a handful of issues in our new home when we moved in and they were excellent! After their inspection, Roy pointed out everything they needed to repair and why, but also pointed out everything that was functioning properly which really put me at ease! When they made their repairs, they fixed a few additional minor things at no charge. Overall super professional, competant, and reliable people!

Such amazing service!!! Roy came out for a stoppage while I was at my mom’s house. He was extremely helpful and got it cleared in no time. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Roy answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. I highly recommend Mullen Plumbing for your plumbing needs, and Roy!

We called Mullen yesterday when our drain started to back up. Juan was here within an hour, scoped and jetted, the drain and had us back in business quickly. In the course of checking things out, Juan found a problem with one of our toilets which had sprung a leak around the base. This morning, Juan returned with his colleague Roy. They did a terrific job replacing the toilet flange that a previous plumber had misinstalled. We were concerned it might be necessary to remove a travertine tile from the floor to accomplish the job, but they worked hard to preserve the tile without a scratch. Even having to go out to get a longer flange extension (due to the previous plumber's problematic work), they had the job done and the toilet reset and sealed in less than five hours. The price was quite reasonable and the quality of work, excellent. Besides being great tradesmen, Juan and Roy are really nice guys and it was a pleasure doing business with them. We've used Trevor Mullen's services for years and continue to highly recommend Mullen Plumbing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was referred to Mullen Plumbing by a local property manager who spoke highly of Trevor’s professionalism, honesty, and quality of work—and he absolutely lived up to the recommendation. Trevor came out to one of my rental properties yesterday and was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. The work was done right, communication was clear, and there were no surprises. Based on this experience, the team at Mullen Plumbing will be my first and only call for any plumbing needs I have in Long Beach. Highly recommended!
