Disability office. Great customer service. Above and beyond.

The men's restroom on the 7th floor is currently out of service, reportedly for nearly a month. Unfortunately, building maintenance does not provide keys to tenants for access to restrooms on other floors for patients and customers, which can cause inconvenience.

EDD located here six floor. For me they were very friendly and professional. There was a wait but the line moves quickly. Plenty of free parking. Also you can do shopping too.

Please note: giving it only one star since that is required to leave a review. This building should NOT house ANY medical offices. There are very few handicapped parking spots and two spaces that COULD be marked as such are OCCUPIED by a trailered security camera. The parking structure usually has plenty of spaces up top, but NO elevators, so one must double-park, drop off the patient and park elsewhere (and reverse the process to leave). As mentioned in many reviews, some elevators are often out of order, creating long waits to get in. My wheelchair-bound father has one provider here and I am seriously considering finding another option for him, due to the difficult access each and every time we come here.

I cane here to file a disability form and i literally waited 5 hrs to be called. Security says to show up arriund 6 to get a ggood spot. They open at 8
