Don’t go here. Worst customer service. Bought internet for $60 online and was told I could pick it up at any store. Got to this location and was told I had to bundle it for $80. Went out to the car and called customer service and they told me we don’t have to bundle it. Went back in the store with the phone operator to talk to the rude lady and then she changed her story and said they didn’t have the modem in store that we needed. If she said that from the start we would have just had it shipped or went to a different location. I absolutely hate spectrum and wish I had a better option in my area. Spectrum is a scam

The guy was definitely nice, but I don’t know who the manager is. He should be managing, and she should be getting training in customer service. It’s incredibly poor, especially from this lady with blue eyeglasses and curly red hair. She has some strange hospitality. We haven’t even had a conversation; she doesn’t seem like a person. I don’t know how to explain it, but I felt like I was going to fight with her no matter what. I just came to return devices that are very bad. Someone should send in an inspection to check

Despite their outdated infrastructure. Their store visits are streamlined for the modern day, and they have made for a much more convenient wait. Their store is clean and they have plenty of comfort seating. Beats the old location by a few light-years.

Update 3/12/26 I'm noticing Spectrum is more interested in keeping me as a customer -after- I've left (over pricing). I was able to stop the calls & texts. But now the mailings are non-stop & the plastic cards, why plastic? Who the hell keeps them. Interesting to know how their rates vary apparently by location for internet service. In Holllywood I'm paying $86.25 and friend in the valley is paying 40. Switching services soon. Internet service overall has been excellent. So when I really did switch to another provider (MINT) the Spectrum service specialist really did try to keep me, dropping the price way, way down. But I already started with new provider. Was with Spectrum 9 years, service was good but their pricing not so much. Now I need to return their modem & stuff. Returning router & modem to their Hollywood store was super easy & the associate was friendly & helpful! Invited me back for better pricing in 60 days, he says its better to visit their store for pricing than calling. Address is Hollywood Bl but their store location is on Argyle, 1/2 blk south of HW Bl. New provider doesn't charge extra $10 for a wifi modem, Mint/T-,mobil service is wireless. But a little slower up/downloads.
