Great customer service. Short wait times for walk ins. Helpful staff. Cristian was very helpful. Their service has improved. My previous visit and experience was not great and the staff member was not helpful. Great improvement and better customer service now.

This store is connected to a small shopping complex. There is a convenient parking structure that is part of the complex. I parked in the parking structure and walked a few yards to the entrance of the store.
How convenient. The store is very modern and inviting with a lounge for sitting and you can watch a movie on the their large monitor while you wait. Air conditioned, comfortable and relaxing. The service associates were very professional and polite. They even suggested places to eat after my visit there. I had a most pleasant experience with this particular SPECTRUM store.

Horrible experience, but Christian should go into stand up! Funny guy 👏 #specialbox 😝
Edit: I canceled my service one day after starting it not even activating it, but I would like to say my experience with christian when I returned it was much more favorable. Honestly, give the guy a raise.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon around 6pm. Made an account swap and my friend was making a lot of questions. The lady that helped us out was nice and very professional and fulfilled our request in a timely manner. Of course there was a bit of a wait time(5-15min), its an ISP/Mobile service provider not a McDonalds.

On Spectrum's website, I signed up as a new customer on 4/27 and selected 'use my own equipment' during checkout -- meaning my own router. I don't own a Spectrum modem. A week later, I received no modem, no installation kit, and no communication whatsoever.
When I contacted support on 5/4, I was told to go pick up a modem at a local store. No apology for the delay, no explanation of why nothing was shipped, and my request for a modest one-time credit was denied.
As a new customer, before service even started, this is already a poor experience. The only reason I'm staying is that AT&T's alternative in my area is 18Mbps at $60 -- so Spectrum has no real competition here and apparently knows it.
Hope the actual service is better than the onboarding.
