Santiago Ramirez was our wonderful HVAC technician and he is a gem. He had a positive attitude and smile, was methodical and knowledgeable about our broken thermostat situation on a very hot day. Santiago is honest and had integrity; told us the real situation without overcharging us and gave us options about what to do. He made it easy to work w him and he was also very intime and had excellent manners. Thanks for all, Santiago!

After looking into many different service providers, we found Brody Pennell, and we are truly grateful we did. Toulong Y.. was not only personable, but honest. He listened to our concerns and worked with us to find the right solution for our duct replacement. Ben T.and Alex R. are true professionals—clean, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. On one of the hottest days of the year, they worked tirelessly in our attic to complete the entire job in one day. Everything looks beautiful and, most importantly, is now working! Thank you to the entire team. We can finally use our air conditioning again, and we truly appreciate all the hard work that made that possible.

Daniel B This company is truly outstanding. Daniel B., the technician who recently visited my home, provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond expectations. I have a membership with them that includes biannual inspections of my unit, and Daniel's thoroughness and professionalism impressed me so much that I renewed my maintenance plan for another year. Thanks to Daniel's dedication, my experience with this company has been outstanding.

Crew showed up clean and ready for work! Swift and elegant install with a sense of care. Although the system is still in need of some adjustments, it was a great experience

I was nothing but impressed by the service provided by Jose and the team at Brody Pennell. They found an innovative solution to a problem that had plagued us for years. Workmanship was top-notch. Their concern was clearly to make sure everything was installed perfectly and was working perfectly before they considered the job finished; They were not in a rush to leave, but rather they were most concerned about doing the job correctly. Jose was knowledgeable and communicated what was happening throughout the job, and answered all of my questions along the way. Top-Notch company I would recommend highly!
