Guy has been absolutely wonderful to work with — this is my second time using his services and he continues to exceed expectations. He recently replaced my condensate water pump and drain line, and also went above and beyond by replacing my AC grate so I can easily access and replace the filter myself — completely free of charge. His responsiveness has been exceptional throughout, and he genuinely takes care of his customers rather than just completing the job and moving on. Highly recommend Guy and his team without hesitation.

Guy and his team were awesome to work with. We needed to install central air but only had heating. Super easy to coordinate over the phone, they showed up and completed everything in one day. Everything was cleaned up and working well by the time they left. Guy also followed up to ensure there were no issues a couple days after the installation.

The installation was super fast and easy. We had AC within few hours. Guy was really helpful and is always available for follow up questions even after the job was done.

Guy made a presentation to replace our furnace and air-condition. He worked within our budget to secure quality products, he was extremely helpful and professional. And the installation was fast and easy. We would recommend his company to our neighbors and friends. Thank you Guy.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, on time, and very respectful of my home. They did a great job and were impressively clean and organized throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the system is working perfectly. I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Cool Air California to anyone.
