We had a mini split system installed by Home Upgrade Specialist in Culver City, and the experience was great from start to finish. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and kept the work area clean. The installation went smoothly, and the new system works great. It is quiet, efficient, and has made the space much more comfortable. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend Home Upgrade Specialist.

Home Upgrade Specialist replaced our old HVAC unit and we’re really happy with the job. Our old system was worn out, and the new one looks much better and works great. Jose was our technician, and he did an amazing job. He was on time, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He removed the old unit, installed the new one, cleaned up the area, and made sure everything was working before he left. Great service, fair price, and a clean installation. We would definitely recommend Home Upgrade Specialist and Jose for HVAC work.

Home Upgrade Specialist installed my Tesla solar panels and Daikin mini split system in Pacific Palisades, and I am very happy with the work Daniel was my sales person, and he was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He paid attention to all the details, answered my questions, and always stayed in touch with me during the project. The team did a great job, and everything looks good and works well. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Jose did an amazing job installing our new heat pump HVAC system! The installation was completed professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Everything works perfectly, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Jose also provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. He made everything easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Jose to anyone looking for quality HVAC installation. Thank you again for the excellent work!

We decided to go solar, and Tesla recommended Home Upgrade Specialist as a premium installer. They installed our solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3, handling all the permitting smoothly here in Burbank. They even painting the solar conduit for wiring to match our house. From start to finish, the estimator, project manager, installers, and even the company president were all professional, responsive, and easy to reach. Communication was excellent. The system was also a great value — their pricing was reasonable, and adding solar increases your home’s value by about 4%, so it pays for itself immediately. Even if you sold your home the next month, you’d come out ahead. The Powerwall 3 gives us peace of mind during blackouts — it’s like having a UPS for your entire house. I couldn’t recommend Home Upgrade Specialist more highly. A++++ experience!
