i've had la heating and cooling pros llc out a few times for different air conditioning jobs over the past year. consistent every single time. they explained everything. sent a real person, not a call center runaround. the price they quoted is what i paid. just reliable work, which is all i want. wish i'd found them sooner

Brought them in for an AC tune-up. LA Heating and Cooling Pros LLC showed up on time, did the work in one visit, and charged what they quoted. Didn't talk down to me about the problem. Simple and honest.

Brought LA Heating and Cooling Pros LLC in for a condenser repair and they kept everything on schedule and on budget. Easy to work with the entire time. Took the time to show me what was actually wrong. Texted me a heads up before arriving. If you need someone solid, look no further. No complaints here

just moved to los angeles a few months ago and didn't know anyone for recommendations. found la heating and cooling pros llc online and took a chance. from the first call to the finished frozen coil fix, everything was smooth. they showed up when they said they would. explained what they were doing without being condescending about it. stuck around to make sure it actually worked. cleaned up after themselves before they left. it's hard to find that level of service when you're new to an area. glad i found them.

Just got my AC fixed by LA Heating and Cooling Pros LLC and it was a solid experiance. They broke everything down for me on the bill, which I really appreciated. The estimate matched what I paid, no hidden fees. Felt like they were upfront and honest the whole time. Totally recommend them!
