Moses is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he was repairing my AC unit. He came out the next day with all the parts he needed. He has a great personality and fixed my problem quickly. He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Stay Cool. Ask for Moses!

An absolute joy to work with, did a wonderful job, followed through, and worked with us to acquire incredible rebates! Would highly recommend!

I really wanted to trust this company based on their high rating, but my husband and I had a completely different experience. We called for a repair on our AC unit, but it quickly became clear that the technician was there to sell, not to fix. He barely inspected the system before jumping into a high-pressure sales script, trying to convince us that a full $15k replacement was our only option. He was dismissive of a repair and insisted the unit was 'at the end of its life.' The reality: We had a second company come out the next day for a second opinion. They found a minor electrical issue and fixed it in 30 minutes for a few hundred dollars. Our 'unfixable' unit is now running perfectly. It’s disappointing to see a highly-rated company prioritizing predatory sales over honest service. If you use them, I highly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to a massive replacement you might not actually need.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. I shopped around and I found them to be the most honest, hard-working and thorough. I will use them in the future and recommend them to all my friends. The diagnostic was quick and accurate and one day later my AC is working beautifully With a new part that solved my problem- better than ever.

they did a very good job on the unit i highly recommend
