After I posted my original review at the below, the company reached out and I exchanged emails with the owner. She was very professional, she listened to my concerns and offered me a partial refund, which I genuinely appreciate. I strongly recommend that people avoid this company for rodent removal services. I hired them to address a rodent infestation in my attic. They came out, assured me that the problem will be solved if I hire them, they said they treated the problem, and left. Unfortunately, the rodent activity continued. After I contacted them again, they returned and claimed they had resolved the issue a second time. However, the problem never truly went away. I had to travel and I was not leaving in the house for a period of time personal reasons when I came back, I realized the problem still continuing. I had to deal with the stress, inconvenience, all while the rodent issue remained unresolved. They never know where the rodent is coming in guessing closing and putting traps and then of course it takes some time for them to come back that's why they keep the warranty time short. If I had the rodent in another area of my house I will understand oh maybe another space, but it was exactly the same area plus the places they covered outside of my house was worn so fast and there were holes again When I contacted the company again after their six-month warranty had expired, despite the fact that the original problem had never been properly fixed, they refused to take responsibility and instead wanted to charge me again for additional services. Their warranty period is much shorter than many other companies in the industry, which should have been a red flag from the beginning. In my experience, this company seemed far more interested in collecting additional payments than in actually solving the customer's problem. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and there was no accountability when their treatment failed. I would be especially cautious when dealing with Jesus the inspector who is nice at the beginning, but they don't really know what they are doing and John who is the general Manager of the company, as my interactions with them were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am so dissatisfied with how this situation was handled that I am considering pursuing the matter in Small Claims Court. Save yourself the frustration, expense, and stress. There are other companies that offer longer warranties and stand behind their work. I wish I had chosen one of them.

Look no further. We have spent 6 months interviewing companies to do a 'Clean Up' in our attic. Remove insulation, clean, sanitize, and lay down TAP insulation which is the best for repelling termites. Tanler was the only company that was honest, knew their industry, took the time to listen, and do the job properly. I learned you cannot lay down TAP insulation which is only available to termite companies, on a wet surface. They need to let the sanitizing completely dry first. I had guys telling me it is a one day job. I went to the manufacturer of TAP and they gave me Tanler! They confirmed I was correct. Price was very fair, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Wow, truly I feel like I found a godsend. I’ve called about 10 different companies and was hung up on by a few companies, told that these major pest control companies don’t service my area, etc. as soon as I got on the phone, I was met with the most amazing receptionist who made me feel so much better gave me so much awesome info without overwhelming me making me feel like everything’s gonna be OK and she booked me for a termite test tomorrow. Couldn’t have felt like I’m in better hands and really appreciate this given what I’m feeling right now thank you guys! She had an encyclopedic acknowledge of a true subject matter expert.

Stay away from this company. They charged me $210 for a termite inspection, but the inspection was extremely superficial. The inspector only checked the attic, did a very quick walk around the house, and briefly looked at the crawl space.The only thing he claimed to find was a few termite wings in the attic—no termite droppings, no damaged wood, and no live termites. Despite the lack of any real evidence of infestation, they immediately quoted $2,400 just to spray the attic and said they would not issue a clearance certificate unless I paid for the treatment. When I questioned this, their response was essentially “find someone else.” Paying $210 for a minimal inspection that leads directly to a $2,400 upsell felt very misleading. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and avoiding this company.
