⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service! Our Terminix technician, Juan A., worked with us over three days and three visits to help resolve a very challenging situation. My dad’s caregivers mistakenly reported bed bugs, and due to my dad’s dementia, getting the home inspected was extremely difficult. Juan was patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to carefully inspect the home and provide a timely report. We needed to get my dad’s caregivers safely back in the home, and Juan understood the urgency and handled everything professionally. We greatly appreciate his work ethic and dedication. We highly recommend Terminix—definitely 5-star service!

Bryan Cook always does a great job with our service. He takes extra time to take down my spider webs. He is kind, so helpful and knowledgeable about all the issues that come up. We are so grateful for the time and care he has put into our home over the years.

Jacob De Leon did a great job. He’s always very nice and professional. He was very thorough… even wiped off the spider webs along my fascia boards. I've always had a good experience with my annual service, but recently when I had service completed I was advised by a replacement technician that he was unable to treat my DG (distressed gravel) area were I have plants due to it being to far from the house perimeter. I mentioned to him that my normal technician has always treated the area for ants and spiders but was advised it should have never been done due to the area's distant from the house. I clearly understand that I have a large backyard but it's still part of my property and is also part of my backyard. It's funny how they refuse to treat an area for pests, but are happily fine with the constant price increases applyed to their customers annual service contract plan.

I’ve had a great experience with my Terminix technician, Shane Sowell. He’s always reliable, thorough, and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Shane is one of the best technicians I’ve ever had—I really appreciate his consistency and professionalism.
