Shout-out to Ruben!
While the store was going through renovations, Ruben remained calm, helpful, and professional. He took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and never once complained or made me feel rushed.
He provided me with some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Thank you, Ruben, for going above and beyond and making my shopping experience so positive.
Best Buy is very lucky to have such a valuable and dedicated team member like you!

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated during a recent visit to Best Buy while attempting to purchase a television. What should have been a simple customer transaction escalated into an experience that I found deeply disrespectful and felt was influenced by racial profiling.
I was assisted by employees Junior, Norma, and Hakop. Junior repeatedly attempted to offer me multiple deals and options that I clearly declined. As I continued to explain that I simply wanted to complete my purchase, the interaction became increasingly frustrating. At one point, a manager stepped in and instructed Junior to go to the back because the customer service had deteriorated to that level. Rather than recognizing the seriousness of the situation, Junior began laughing.
The situation then escalated further when Norma and another employee contacted the police. When officers arrived, I was told that an allegation had been made that I threatened to harm someone. That allegation was completely false. I never threatened anyone, and I was extremely disturbed that such a serious claim was made.
I was ultimately escorted out of the store by police and provided with a card regarding filing a report.
This is not how any customer should be treated, and it certainly does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a major company like Best Buy. Being made to feel targeted, disrespected, and then having law enforcement called based on an allegation I did not make or act upon was unacceptable.
I strongly encourage Best Buy corporate management to thoroughly investigate this incident, including the conduct of Junior, Norma, and Hakop, review any available security footage, and determine exactly what occurred before allowing employees to make such serious allegations against customers.
I came into the store to purchase a television. I should have been able to complete a normal transaction and leave with the product I came to buy—not leave escorted by police over an allegation that was completely false. This experience deserves serious corporate attention.

The store doesn't have a huge amount of merchandise, yet the staff still can't keep the shelves organized... My child picked out a Lego set priced at $69.99—there were several boxes of it sitting under that price tag—but at the checkout, I was told the price was actually $99.99. I don't mind spending the extra $30 on my child, but I’m used to paying the price listed on the tag, not whatever figure I'm quoted at the register; after all, maintaining order and providing service is exactly what store employees are paid to do.

Terrible experience. Like so many corporation nowadays.
Some of the items you're specifically looking for you cannot purchase in store. You have to purchase via
Home delivery. I needed to purchase a microwave. I'm always very leery of home delivery especially when it comes to electronics. This microwave, was delivered with a hole in the box and other damages to the box. There was a dent on the outside of the microwave plus a minor one. The dent was hard enough to cause a tiny chip of the coating inside the cavity of the microwave, making it dangerous to use. I was out of a microwave 4 days waiting for delivery and physical drove it to the local Best Buy for refund and ask the manager if he could do anything to make this right. Concerning the time and inconvenience of the situation and he flat out said no. Mind you this is the third microwave I've bought from Best buy, plus an expensive top of the line Sony Bravia tv. And several other purchases over the years.
