My check cleared 8/11/21, Today is 12/11/21. I ordered 7 cash registers and 7 printers. I have sent 2 emails requesting information on why and have received NO response. They eventually found their own oversite and resolved it with a high level of professionalism.

These people are extremely unprofessional. They called my office and asked my employee if I was doing scams or anything of that sort. Imagine someone calling your place of business and making accusations to your employees. I called them to clarify any question they might have had. They said my order would go out soon, but instead they cancelled my order.

We ordered a new register, and the customer service was awesome! Scarlett helped us out and did a very great job getting our system set up for us. Will order from here again!

We purchased cash registers from this company over 10 years ago. We recently decided to upgrade. We received our new registers, programmed how we needed (for a small fee), in under a week. Great products, great prices and great customer service.

The best service I could have asked for, very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly sales team. I was highly satisfied with their excellent over the phone service where they answered any and every question with detail and patience. Courteous/experienced staff, great product, low competitive prices, well deserving of 5 stars. I greatly recommend, and I will definitely be a regular.
