I had an issue with my rooftop HVAC unit and called them the same day. They arrived earlier than the estimated service window which was a relief! Gordon quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed run capacitor, had the replacement part on hand, and had everything repaired in about 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what had happened without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The entire experience was straightforward from start to finish. If you’re looking for a reliable local HVAC company, I would absolutely recommend giving them a call.

Christian was prompt, explained the situation clearly and gave what I believe to be a solid recommendation.

Extremely professional, honest, and prompt! When I made my appointment for a service call, the technician stopped by to inspect the AC unit. He explained everything after the inspection and gave out a quote for the service. The next day the technicians install my new AC unit. Thank you Air Tech 24 crew, for the honest, excellent, and professional service! 100% recommended.

Prices for services are reasonable and warranty. Technicians were on time and very professional and punctual . They install the home A/C unit in my house within the next few days of the call and everything was done efficiently and with a great attitude. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for an affordable and professional company that knows what they're doing. Thank you so much!!!
