Once again, my technician, Ivan Jimenez, has proved himself a rock star!! Yesterday, July 2nd, just like last year, I looked outside in the backyard and saw a wasp hovering for hours on my umbrella of my outdoor table and I feared there was a nest there like last year!😳 I am hosting a huge party for the 4th! I called Ivan and it was not my normal seem ice day, he was already on his way home, he came out immediately and made sure there was no nest. Last year he found and removed one! Right before a holiday this is above and beyond good service!!! Super grateful for Ivan and Terminix!

I want to be clear that the issue isn’t with the technician who came out initially or the quality of the first service visit. The problem is with the expectations that were set when I signed up. I was given the impression that if issues continued after the initial treatment, especially urgent issues, Terminix would be able to send someone out quickly to address it. Well... an emergency came up, and when I called needing assistance, I was told the earliest appointment available was three days later. It's frustrating because when I first called as a new customer, they were ready to send someone out immediately. I am questioning the value of paying a recurring monthly membership fee if existing members are unable to get timely support, but brand-new customers can. Again, my issue isn't with the technician... my issue is with customer support and response expectations. Not one attempt was made to escalate the matter or help find a solution... Should've kicked and screamed like a child...

Frankie Foster is my Termenix guy and he’s great. Always on time and communication is great. Always calls/texts with a heads up and does a good job. He services my place every 3 months. i have no complaints about the service. would recommend.

Jacob DeLeon was very courteous, conscientious, pleasant and thorough. It was a joy to have him service my home. I have an annual plan so I pay monthly for monthly visits.

Joe is the best! We were initially assigned Terminix by our home warranty company and to be honest, those can be hit or miss. We met Joe on property and he took the time to discuss our options, his plan and made sure we had all questions answered. Well, we liked him so much, we signed up for quarterly service. He lets us know when he’s coming, gets the job done and lets us know if anything is of concern. We now have our home with him on quarterly service as well. He is dependable, knowledgeable and good at what he does. Thanks Terminix and specifically Joe!
