Jerry from Saddleback Carpet and Flooring is seriously the best! He and his team installed laminate flooring throughout our upstairs and living rooms, plus new baseboards, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful! They worked so quickly from demo to install, but what’s even more impressive is the level of detail and quality. Our biggest concern was a tricky transition in our sunken living room—we really didn’t want quarter round—and they executed it perfectly by installing the flooring under the existing tile stair risers. It looks completely seamless. Jerry was also incredibly patient with me while I took months to decide on flooring. He came by multiple times, walked through every option with me, and made sure every single detail was exactly how I wanted it before starting. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. If you want someone who is not only highly skilled but also thoughtful, thorough, and easy to work with, Jerry is your guy. Could not recommend him more!

We ended up using Saddleback to replace wall to wall carpet in our upstairs with engineered hardwood. They were wonderful, extremely organized and fast, and did an excellent job. I think I found them through google reviews and I’m not sorry.

I’m not sure we could have asked for a better experience than the one we recently had with Jerry. As first time homebuyers, we knew we needed to replace our carpet but had no clue where to start. Jerry spent the better part of an afternoon educating us about different floor types, walking us through all of our options, and advising us on what was worth investing in vs. what wasn’t. At no point did we ever feel pressured or like we were getting the upsell. Quite the opposite…from the very beginning it felt like Jerry had our best interest at heart, which showed not just in the quality of the end result, but in the extra steps he took to make our new floors affordable for us. I can’t imagine a better place to go for flooring. By the end of the project we were calling him “Uncle Jerry.” What more is there to say?

I cannot say enough good things about Jerry and his team. Throughout the entire process Jerry answered all my questions and helped me understand all aspects of getting a new floor. He was our 5th estimate and he was the one who gave me information no other contractor did. I appreciated his down to earth way of explaining things and his friendly demeanor. We also had our fireplace refaced with tile because of the new floor. That turned out beautifully. Jerry and his crew helped me visualize how to do the baseboard on my awkward stairs and that turned out great too! Make Jerry one of the contractors you talk to if you want great floors!!
