We received help from 1st Response because it was the company our Home Warranty company recommended. They were able to help as much a possible within the confines of our agreement. Though it took requesting a slightly more senior technician - they were able to make it right and fix our 10 year old Rinnai tankless water heater. We really like our technician, Charles and he was able to fix the issue and make some other helpful recommendations when it comes to our home’s water quality and filtration. We would choose to work with them again.

This company was assigned by my home warranty company, and the experience has been terrible from start to finish. It has been almost a month since they were assigned to my repair, with no progress made. They repeatedly sent unqualified plumbers, provided false reports and evaluations, and caused unnecessary delays. Communication has been inconsistent and misleading. Most recently, they left a voicemail saying they could not show up because they “don’t have enough plumbers,” and tried to reschedule again. However, when I contacted the warranty company, I was told they are still “waiting for internal approvals” , which directly contradicts what this company told me. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. This situation has caused significant stress and wasted time. I would not recommend 1st Response Plumbing & Flood Damage to anyone. Poor service, lack of accountability, and unreliable communication.
