Very rude customer service team. Every time I call, it seems like I am troubling someone by calling. When I don't understand something and ask for clarification, they seem very annoyed. Turn around time takes way too long, even for just adding a user to our texting account. We will be canceling service with them as quickly as possible.

This company has been the worst I've ever dealt with! I tried for two months to get my text messaging to work with them, and it was a complete disaster. We spent countless hours trying to figure it out, but they couldn't get it to work. As a result, we lost a significant amount of revenue. To make matters worse, the price they initially quoted me ended up being 50% more per month due to strange taxes and fees they hadn't mentioned upfront. When I wanted to cancel my service, they insisted that I pay off the two-year contract, even though their service never functioned properly for even two months. To add insult to injury, they also charged me for equipment that I had already returned. It's absurd to expect someone to pay for a service that never worked as promised, and they want me to commit to two years of something I couldn't use for more than two months! My advice: Stay far away from this company!

We switched to Broadvoice 36 months ago. We were promised high-quality service and support. Today we are switching all of our 21 lines to a different provider. Over the last three years, we did not have a single good experience with this company. Save yourself time and frustration, and go with a different provider. Poor service, phones provisions drop out, and very limited control for you on the admin side. To top it off they are also quite rude. Good bye, Broadvoice! As a matter of fact, two other businesses didn't go with you after asking for my opinion.

I went with Broadvoice (operating as phonepower) several years ago after my last VoIP provider went belly up. BV is reasonably priced, their system has generally been reliable for me, and support, when needed, has been OK. But I've noticed they've cut back on support hours and no longer have any support at all on weekends, so if you have a problem on a weekend, you're out of luck until the following Monday. It always worries me a little when a company cuts back on availability of critical services, especially if I'm paying in advance for a year of service. I'm hoping I don't end up having to go find yet another telephone provider at some point in the future because this one goes under.

My call center switched to Broadvoice about a year ago and we have experienced outages over and over again lasting hours to days. During the outages, we've lost business from our customers and referral sources and we've had to pay our staff to be here during the outages. I would not choose Broadvoice.
