I hired Raymond and Elias for a full kitchen remodel that also opened up my living and dining area by removing a load-bearing wall and taking out an old gas fireplace. The project included demolition, structural work, new flooring, tile, quartz counters, cabinetry, and finish details. Overall, it was a very positive experience, even with the normal challenges of living in the house during a major renovation. Raymond listened carefully to my ideas and concerns and helped turn my beach cottage vision into a beautiful, functional space. He was knowledgeable about every part of the remodel and gave helpful advice throughout the process. I also appreciated being able to review a wide range of materials and design options, which made it easier to choose finishes that fit the style of my home. What stood out most was the attention to detail, the clear explanation of the contract and scope of work, and the consistent communication from start to finish. Raymond regularly checked on the job site, stayed involved with the crew, and made sure the work was moving forward. Whenever I had a question, Raymond or Elias responded quickly and kept me informed. They worked hard to keep the remodel on schedule, and when material delays came up, they had backup plans ready so progress could continue. The crew was dependable, polite, and dedicated, and it was clear they cared about the quality of the finished work. I am extremely happy with my new, open kitchen, living, and dining space. It looks amazing, feels much more spacious, and has made my home far more enjoyable for my family.

My recent home remodeling experience was excellent. The whole project went beyond what I expected from start to finish. The workmanship was outstanding, and every part of the remodel was handled with care and skill. Raymond and his crew updated the tile in my kitchen and shower and installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout my home. The results look beautiful and really improved the space. The team showed up on time each day, stayed productive, and worked together smoothly like a professional remodeling crew. It was clear they take real pride in their construction and finish work. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk with during the entire process. Elias was also very helpful with product selection, answering my questions, helping me coordinate colors and materials, and making the planning side of the remodel feel much less stressful. I appreciated how organized and supportive the whole team was. I am excited to have them work on my next home improvement project and would confidently recommend them to family and friends in Northridge for kitchen, flooring, tile, and bathroom remodeling work.

We had a very good experience with our home remodeling project after a pipe leak caused water damage upstairs and downstairs in our Northridge home. Several rooms needed repair, and what started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and well-managed renovation. From the first consultation, they were detailed, professional, and easy to talk with. They explained the repair and remodeling plan clearly, answered every question, and provided fair pricing compared with other contractors we considered. Throughout the project, communication was consistent and helpful. We always knew when the crew would arrive, what work was being done, and how the timeline was moving along. That made the whole restoration and remodeling process much easier for our household. The workers were efficient, clean, quiet, and respectful, especially while we were working from home. They took care to protect the living areas, kept the job site organized, and completed the work with quality craftsmanship. We are very pleased with the finished results. The repaired and remodeled spaces look great, and the entire experience felt professional from start to finish. We have already recommended them to neighbors and would gladly suggest them to anyone looking for home repair, renovation, or remodeling services.

My husband and I worked with Raymond on a major home remodeling project that turned our attic into comfortable living space. The job included structural reinforcement, a new staircase, dormers, added windows for better natural light, drywall, electrical work for lights, outlets, and ceiling fans, a new roof, finish carpentry, and wood flooring installation. Raymond and his crew were easy to work with, stayed responsive throughout the process, and followed our schedule by breaking the renovation into two clear phases. They delivered solid craftsmanship, kept the project moving on time, and paid close attention to the details that matter in a full attic conversion. Raymond also coordinated well with the architect and structural engineer, making sure the plans were complete and that every inspection went smoothly. We are very happy with the finished remodel and would gladly hire him again for future home improvement work.

As a designer, i highly recommend this remodeling team. I have worked with elias on full home remodel projects and have rarely seen a project manager who is so organized, detail focused, and clear with client communication. He does a great job guiding each phase of the renovation process, from early planning and material selection to the final installation. I was especially happy to see the showroom open because the design style is modern, clean, and timeless, which fits so well with many kitchen and bathroom remodels. Being able to bring clients into one place to review cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, and other finish materials makes the whole process much easier and more efficient. The showroom has a strong selection, fair pricing, and a very complete range of products needed for both small updates and full renovation work. What stands out most is how well this team fills the space between basic, outdated showrooms and very expensive custom options. They offer beautiful remodeling products, practical design support, and a smooth client experience. raymond and the team make it easier to turn design ideas into finished spaces that feel polished, functional, and built to last. i look forward to working with them again on future home remodeling projects.
