Great insurance company with great staff

I've had a great experience working with CNI. They are quick, efficient and very friendly. I particularly want to thank Val for being so proactive and super easy to work with. I also want to thank George who helped me with getting my insurance reinstated earlier in the year and getting more quotes that made more sense in my situation for the upcoming year.

Getting home insurance was a real challenge for me, but George made the process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly responsive- always answering my calls and texts, no matter the time. His dedication and attention to detail were unmatched. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and expert help!

CNI are professionals in maintaining customer service as there number one priority which my biggest concern has always been returning phone calls in a prompt manner for that they have my vote.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called them in September about my home owners insurance and got them all the info they needed to get started on a new policy. 2 days before the 15 day mark that my insurance was going to be up I get an email stating that they couldn't get a new policy but here are 2 quotes from insurance companies I have never heard of. I responded asking why it took so long and why they couldn't get my new policy with the same company and never got a response. I have been scrambling for more than a week getting inspections to qualify for homeowners insurance. I get a call 4 business days before my policy expires saying I haven't heard from you. I said I responded to your email and got no response and left you messages and got no response. I left my phone number with the person taking your messages even mercury had my phone number so how can you say you didn't have my number. Do not give them your business. They just want the commission. I get they are salesmen but I am not some dumb woman who doesn't know when I'm being lied to. My current insurance company also said they never recieved anything from them. They even called them and they said oh we will call her right now and i never did get that call. Find another broker who will value your business. For reference George was the broker I was working with and is worthless.
